05|07 is an India Pale Ale brewed with Motueka and Pacific Jade hops.

From the mango and pineapple of the aroma to the peach, lime and wood varnish drenched satsumas of the hops, this is one fruity fighter of a beer.
It’s malts provide some gooey toffee biscuit respite, but never quite rescues you from the sharp, stingingly bitter onslaught.
There’s a waft of bread dough yeastiness at the edges that dabs at your bloodied face like a moist towelette, but even then it’s only there to soften you up for your next exquisitely painful mouthful.
