Part of Norfolk Square’s Maverik Craft Beer range, Lunatik IPA marries a massive hop hit to a meaty Belgian yeast driven body.
The aroma is rich spicy orchard fruit and bread dough, and taking a swig you get a good sticky toffee brioche malt.
But this is a beer about its hops and yeast.
lots of aniseed tinged lemon grass, hazel and nettle tea, and a thick earthy peppery yeast make for a big beer with a long bitter finish.
