Finestkind is a solid and dependable American IPA that smells of woody resin, apricots and pineapples.
Sitting a cloudy amber in my glass the malting is chewy and round, all toffee coated wafer biscuits and honey.
The hopping is as you would expect, big and bold and heaped with grapefruit and redwood, lime leaves and orange marmalade.
And with a finish that’s long and bitter and sticky, this is a very good little bottle of beer indeed.
