The Hop Studio Blonde (3.5%)

BlondeThis is immediately my favourite Hop Studio beer.
I love its dry crispness and its orchard fruit and straw aroma.
It has a superb light caramel wafer malt edged with runny honey, and it has a delightfully snappy green hedgerow hop with a subtle gooseberry tinge.
But most of all I love it for its dry, crisp finish that sucks all the moisture from your face and makes you reach for another mouthful.
A short and simple review this may be, but there’s little else to say except I would happily have this as a go to beer in my fridge.
