Bad Seed Brewery Plum & Pink Peppercorn Wit (4.2%)

Plum & Punk Peppercorn WitAnother winner from Bad Seed, Plum & Pink Peppercorn Wit is a bit feisty to pour which gives it an enormous billowing cloud for a head while its aroma is snappy with spicy yeast and garden flowers.
There’s a soft gloopy caramel and French bread malt and a decent hedgerow and herb pithy hop.
But it;s the fleshy plums and the fruity spiciness of the pink peppercorns that makes this beer what it is.
And what it is is delightful.
