Bishop Nick Embers (3.8%)

EmbersStrawberry, apple an Iced Gem aroma?
Check.
Straw, digestive biscuit and honey malt?
Yes.
Rich amber colour?
That’s right.
Pithy lawn clippings, hedgerow, nettle tea and lemon rind hops?
You betcha.
Full bodied enough to be satisfying but light enough to make for an easy drinking session ale?
Yup.
Bishop Nick’s Embers is all the the above and I like it a lot.
