Black Flag Brewery Fang (4.5%)

FangFang is a West Coast Pale with an enormous aroma.
And I mean enormous.
The smell is a nose full of passion flowers and lemons, peaches and very specifically, lime jelly.
There’s a very good caramel wafer malt that gives the beer a decent body and then there’s bags and bags of Citra and Centennial hops that slap you about with mandarin and lemon zest, sherbet, balsa wood and melon.
And with a long crisp and bitter finish, Fang makes me want to try more from this brewery.
