A Black IPA with Yakima Valley hops, namely Amarillo, Chinook and Simcoe, 15|01 smells amazing.
It’s all patchouli oil, lavender, Parma Violets and red berries.
The malting is equally rich too, with chocolate and coffee, toasted bread, treacle and the lavender and Parma Violet sweets from the aroma.
And then there are hops.
Lots of hops.
Pink grapefruit, walnut, pine resin, orange rind, sherbet and lime jelly slap you with a gorgeous bitterness that puckers your lips and leaves you with an almost unending pithy dry finish.
More greatness from BBNo.
