Moor Beer Co. So’Hop (4.3%)

So'HopSo’Hop smells of kids’ jelly sweets, all big and bright and fruity.
It’s a fun smell, an inviting smell, and as you take a swig the jelly sweets lurk in the background of the flavour too.
There’s a lovely soft honey and waffle malt with sugar cane and vanilla at its edges, and then there’s lots and lots of Antipodean hops that hit you with gooseberry and kiwi, lime, grapefruit, flying saucers and marmalade.
And with the reasonably low ABV, So’Hop would be an absolutely dreamy session beer with its long dry crisp and superbly bitter finish.
