Buxton Brewery New World Saison (6.3%)

New World SaisonWhat a delight this is, a lovely bright golden beer with a big fluffy head and a rich spiced fruit aroma.
The malts are brown bread and honeycomb, and there’s a deliciously earthy bread dough yeast with a hint of mushrooms that floats about all over you ad you drink.
And then there’s the snappy bitterness of New World hops that give you a fresh lime, kiwi and satsuma zingy hit that makes for a long dry and satisfyingly bitter finish.
