Shindigger are a new brewery from Manchester and their Pils is the first beer I’ve found by them.
It’s a pale gold beer with a lovely aroma, peaches and strawberries and a hint of spice.
The malting is sticky caramel and honey, a dash of white pepper and some shortcake biscuits and the hops – A mix of American and Australian – give a big hit of kiwi and lime, herbal leaves and green tea, they’re sharp and bitter and lead towards a long crisp and refreshingly dry finish.
A very good introduction to this brewery, but they need to check how they spell Australian on their labels.
