At 6% Tap It’s Pale Ale is pretty hefty, and it’s pretty good too.
Pouring a light golden straw, the smell is honey and peaches, tropical flowers and, Juicy Fruit chewing gum.
There’s a good malt that’s packed with shortcake and toffee, pecans and honey, and the hops are tobacco and orange skins, lime leaves and sherbet fountains presented on a beautifully varnished walnut table.
And as for the finish, it’s bitter and sticky and almost never ending.
