Brewed with BrewDog Cardiff as part of Celt’s ongoing Shapeshifter Series, Home Of The Fruitcakes is made with fresh strawberries and raspberries.
And boy is it good.
The aroma is super fresh fruit pulp and the dreamy creamy caramel wafer malts give way to the beautiful smack of juicy berries.
There’s the slightest sourness at the edges that focusses your attention on the fruity goodness and the light slap of sharp bitter herbal hops to keep your palate fresh.
But it’s how the strawberries and raspberries taste that make this beer what it is.
Home Of The Fruitcakes is nothing short of delightful.
