Wiper & True Litha Rye-Te (5.7%)

Litha Rye-TeLitha Rye-Te is the first in Wiper & True’s series of collaborations and it’s a Rye Saison brewed with The Celt Experience Brewery.
What’s more, it’s really rather good.
The big frothy head and glowing golden body are enticing and the aroma, all fresh cut flowers, mint and sour dough, is lovely.
The Belgian yeast floats all over this beer imparting a spicy bread crust warmth, and the addition of rye to the malt bill brings some meaty earthiness.
And then there’s the Mosaic hops that are sharp and bitter, full of lime zest and passion flowers, kiwi and grapefruit, they lead you towards a delightfully sticky honeyed finish.
