Animal Brewing Rabbit IPA (5%)

RabbitI’m guessing that this Motueka hopped IPA is called rabbit because it’s hoppy.
I could be wrong of course.
Actually brewed by XT Brewing, I’m guessing that Animal Brewing is a new trademark of theirs.
I’m doing a lot of guessing, aren’t I?
Regardless, this light gold beer smell sof apricots and strawberries and hay bales, and there’s a light caramel and Rich Tea biscuit malt and a hint of earthy spices, and then there’s the gooseberry, lime leaves and sherbet coated kiwi of the hops that give a dry pithy bite which leads nicely into a crisp bitter finish.
Very nice indeed.
