Crane Beer Boom (6.7%)

BoomCrane’s IPA provides a seriously hoppy hit that starts with a Juicy Fruit chewing gum and passion flower aroma as you pop the cap.
The beer is a rich amber and as you take a swig you’re immediately assaulted by sharp stinging hops.
Big bursts of lime and kiwi, orange rind, lemon and passionfruit, plus a good sticky pine resin to glue everything together.
But in case you thought that this beer was only hops, Boom offers up some soft round toffee and biscuit malting, just to take the edge off you understand, and this adds a honey sweetness to the edges of the long, bitter and dry finish.
Very good indeed.
