Stinking of toffee apples and mace, Beeruccino is one hell of a Porter.
This is a beer that’s all about its malts.
They’re dark and round, with masses of burned wholemeal toast, molasses, wood smoke and sticky honey.
There’s some resinous redwood and a bunch of herbal leaves from the hops that glue everything together, and the addition of the rich roasted coffee beans really pushes the malts even further forward.
The finish is your favourite espresso served with a vanilla pod garnish and a beautifully bitter slap in the face.
Wonderful.
