Tempest Brewing Co. Rye Pale Ale (5.5%)

Ryse Pale AleWith a lovely vanilla and fruit salad aroma, this is my third Tempest beer and it’s a hat-trick of beer I’ve enjoyed.
The malts are soft caramel and honey, walnuts and salted peanuts and a shed load of toasted white bread.
The hops are stingingly bitter, dry and sharp, packed with grapefruit, linseed oil, peaches, lime zest and mango.
And the result of all this goodness is a lip smackingly crisp finish and a very short and to the point review so that I can get on with drinking this lovely stuff.
