Anspach & Hobday The Pale Ale (4.4%)

The Pale AleThere’s a lot packed into this beer.
The aroma simply bursts with fresh juicy fruit cocktail and the beer sits a sunny gold in my glass.
The malting is soft, subtle and supple, caramel, wafer biscuits, runny honey and a pinch of sea salt.
And the hops are big and succulent and packed with mango and mandarin, lemon curd, lime zest and kiwi.
And that’s pretty much all I need to say on the matter.
Sometimes only a few words are needed.
I just wish it came in a bigger bottle as I wanted a lot more of it.
