Buxton Brewery Come Again (4.7%)

Come AgainThis one was brewed with Evil Twin and it’s a Sour Pale Ale.
The aroma is gooseberries and green grapes, very much like white wine if you like.
There’s a heavy floral flavour to this beer.
You get a fresh tart sourness with some spun sugar at the edges, and a dab of caramel too, and all over it there’s a massive bouquet of garden flowers and some Parma Violet to boot.
Towards the end you find some of the gooseberries and green grapes that were present in the aroma, and they add a fruitiness to the long, dry, crisp and gently sour finish.
