Buxton Brewery Nth Cloud (8.2%)

Nth CloudBrewed with Simcoe and Mosaic, this is one hell of a good Double IPA.
The bottle opened with a sigh and the aroma I was greeted with was orange marmalade and jelly sweeties.
There’s a thick gooey caramel and honey malt with lots of shortcake for a creamy doughy biscuit feel.
It’s a decent body and creates a good backbone on which the hops do what they do, and what they do is delicious.
They taste super fresh and juicy, packed with orange rind and lime zest, mango, pineapple and a bunch of herbal leaves.
The hops are oily to, all redwood resin that slides you effortlessly to a sparkling bitter finish.
Superb.
