Buxton Brewery Wyoming Sheep Ranch (8.4%)

Wyoming Sheep RanchNow this is a bit special.
It’s super floral with a big hit of grapefruit up your nose and sits foaming and playful in your glass.
There’s a buttery toffee fudge and biscuit malt that’s chewy and round, and it has just enough presence under the weight of the hopping to keep the beer balanced and delicious.
And then there are hops.
The hops are MASSIVE.
An endless blast of sherbet coated lemon and coriander, peach, mango and lime zest, mandarin and tobacco, all presented with a big bouquet of fragrant garden flowers.
It’s zippy, zingy tongue tingly, and in the finish it’s fresh and crisp and bitter as a very bitter thing on a bitter day wearing bitter breeches.
