Fixed Wheel Brewery No Brakes IPA (5.9%)

No Brakes IPAAnother new brewery on me and another decent IPA.
No Brakes may not blow you away but it’s a good solid beer, and one that I’d happily return to.
The smell is peaches and passion flowers and the beer is a light amber with a small bubbly head.
The malts are sticky treacle tart with a pinch of salt in the well baked pastry edges, and the hops are big and sharp and bitter.
You find lemon curd and lime zest, nettle tea and green herbal hops, all of which leads you into a crisp, dry and rather floral finish.
Very nice indeed.
