Harbour Brewing Co. Double IPA No. 4 (7.2%)

Double IPA No 4Another day, another Double IPA.
Harbour’s Double IPA Number 4 is very drinkable indeed.
There’s nothing tongue twizzlingly mind blowing here, just a good solid beer to enjoy.
Pouring a pale gold, the smell is pineapple and peaches, caramel and gummy sweets.
The malting is all wafers and toffee and a pinch of salt and pepper.
You find a mouthful of Juicy Fruit, lime zest and lemon pith, mango and green herbal leaves from the hops and the finish is long and bitter, boozy and resinous.
A to-the-point review for a to-the-point Double IPA.
