The Five Points Brewing Co. FIve Points Pale Limited Edition (4.4%)

Five Point Pale Citra & EllaThis is a limited edition of Five Points’ flagship Pale Ale using Citra and Ella instead of their usual Citra and Amarillo, and it’s lovely.
It’s fresh and zingy and has a super fruity marmalade background hum.
The malting is soft and warm and creamy with fudge and wafers, and the aroma is peaches, papaya and honeysuckle.
The Citra and Ella combine to sting you with fresh nettles and make you swoon with peachy lemon, lime and kiwi sexiness.
As for the finish, it’s long and crisp and bitter.
In a word, yummy.
