The Wild Beer Co. Sourdough (3.6%)

SourdoughBrewed in collaboration with Hobbs House Bakery and using their sough dough yeast, this is a beautifully gentle Berliner Weisse style beer.
The aroma is straw and honey and lemon juice, and the beer sits a pale yellow in my glass.
Taking a swig I found celery and ice cream cones, caramel, damp wood and mushrooms, cucumber, lemon zest and just a hint of barley sugar.
The finish is smooth and fresh and surprisingly creamy, and the beer was just perfect in the garden after mowing the lawn for the first time this year.
