Tiny Rebel Brewing Co. Hadouken (7.4%)

HadoukenI’m positive I’ve written about this before, but I can’t find the review anywhere and so here I go again.
Hadouken is a Double IPA (or “Amplified IPA” as Tiny Rebel call it) that smells of boozy jelly sweets.
The beer sits a rich amber in my glass, its fluffy head bubbling with life.
The malting is a sweet and sticky toffee with some digestive biscuits and white pepper, and the hops are big and bold, packed with mango and grapefruit, lime leaves, pine resin and lemon zest.
The finish is bitter and sticky and goes on for ages.
All told, pretty good.
