First Chop Brewing Arm PIP (6.3%)

PIPSitting in the sun having mown the lawn this Saison, brewed in collaboration with Shindigger, feels absolutely right.
OK, so it poured a little bit flat, but the aroma of fat juicy fruit just drags you in.
This is a superbly fresh tasting beer, its soft ice cream cone and honey malt balanced by a good warm earthiness form the yeast, is round and chewy.
Over it the Citra and Sorachi Ace are knife sharp lemon zest, lime juice, satsumas and grapefruit and along with a good helping of mango and kiwi they help deliver a crisp and bright zesty finish.
PIP is an absolute delight.
