There’s something about the shape of Orbit’s bottles that I find very appealing.
I can’t even tell you what it is, I just like them a lot.
And inside this particular little bottle is a rather good Pale Ale that pours a bright shiny gold and smells of jelly sweets and passion fruit.
The malting is runny honey, brown sugar and toasted white bread crusts, and the hops are big and floral and juicy, packed with sharp lime zest, kiwi fruit, basil and apples.
All of this goodness leads to a super crisp, bitter and delightfully dry finish.
And the bottle is a nice a shape.
