What a treat this is.
Pale and golden in my glass, and with a lovely fluffy head, the aroma is a soft breezy bouquet of meadow flowers.
And in my mouth the beer is light and fresh too.
You find a creamy smooth body with lots of waffles and runny honey, brown sugar and a pinch of white pepper.
There’s also a big blast of proper homemade lemonade, it’s at once bitter and sweet, fizzy and zesty and super fresh and it makes for a finish that’s both smooth and luxurious, zippy and sharp.
Even the pussy cat with the chainsaw doesn’t frighten me off.
