Cheddar Ales Firewitch (4.8%)

Firewitch - 1A hazy golden Farmhouse Ale brewed with Belgian yeast, citrus zest, coriander and Grains Of Paradise, Cheddar Ales have created something really lovely.
The aroma is lightly salted honey, lemon, lime and garden flowers, and the fresh fruitiness of the zest jumps out at you as you take a swig.
The yeast provides a rich earthy bread dough backbone, bubbling away under the toffee and brioche of the malts, and the coriander and Grains Of Paradise add a spicy herbal edge to the shed load of Sorachi Ace, Pacific Jade and Calypso that make up the hop bill.
You get lashings of tropical fruit juice, gooseberry and kiwi which leads you to a long warm finish that’s crisp and dry and lovely.
Yes, Firewitch is a super beer.
