Pressure Drop Brewing Co. ENZ (7.1%)

ENZ - 1ENZ is a Southern Hemisphere IPA and it’s a jammy fruity delight.
Pouring a hazy peach colour, the smell is passion flowers and tropical fruit jelly sweets, and the beer tastes that way too.
It’s chewy and fizzy, full of mango and pineapple, lime passion fruit and satsumas all coated in sherbet and doused in pine resin and orange marmalade.
The finish is bright and zingy and full of fun, it’s dry and bitter too, with a fresh zesty background.
This may be the shortest Pressure Drop review I’ve written but I think I’ve said everything that I need to.
