Hepworth & Co. Hiver Brown Ale (4.5%)

Hiver Brown Ale - 1I liked Hepworth’s Hiver Pale Ale, and this isn’t too shabby either.
A Brown Ale full of bran flakes and digestive biscuits, toffee, treacle and lots of tamarind.
The smell is (unsurprisingly) honey and orange blossom, which is a very nice thing to have up my nose, and the beer sits an appetising chestnut red in my glass.
My only gripe, as with the Pale Ale, is that I’d like a little more snappy bitterness form the hops as the sweet sticky honey gets a bit too sugary with nothing to temper it.
All in all, not too shabby, as long as you like honey.
