Brew By Numbers 11|11 (4%)

1111 - 111|11 is a Session IPA brewed with Amarillo and Simcoe and as usual with this brewery it’s lovely.
Light and crisp and refreshing, it absolutely pops with flavour.
The aroma is oak plank woodiness and strawberries, and the beer glints a beautiful pale gold in the afternoon sun.
There’s a breadcrumb, waffle and white pepper malt coated in warm runny caramel that creates a good mouth filling base on top of which the hops are resinous with woody pine sap, fresh-as-a-daisy lemon zest that tingles your lips, lime leaves, sunflower seeds, grapefruit and lychee.
The finish is sherbet fizzy, long and puckeringly dry.
Superb.
