Eden Brewery Eden Fuggle (3.8%)

Eden Fuggle - 1A beer brewed with a single malt and a single hop, namely Maris Otter Pale and Fuggles, this is a rather good easy drinking ale.
The beer sits in my glass a glowing peachy gold and smells of ripe orchard fruit.
The malting is soft and subtle, giving a light honey and waffle, caramel and cereal body, and the Fuggles do what Fuggles do, namely hedgerow greenery and a gentle aniseed wash.
There’s also a rather nice bruised apple juiciness in the finish that lends a roundness to the prickly bitter finish.
I’d more than happy to drink this again.
