Hopstuff Single Mosaic 4.2%

hopstuffmosiacHopstuff’s Mosaic is the 4th beer in the breweries single hop series. Mosiac has been described as Citra on steroids and a number of breweries including the likes of Adnams and Crouch Vale have been producing beer with this hop.
It’s an earthy US style pale ale that has a tropical fruit aroma alongside a taste that suggests bags of grapefruit, lemon and mangos.
An “alcoholic lilt” is how one wag described it whilst another thought it was tart and muddy! It had a dry but refreshing finish.
Regardless of the description it is a lovely pint (or was that just a few more!).
An excellent addition to the single hop range.
Grab a pint why you can.
