Billed as a “Fractional IPA”, Day Time maintains a decent hoppy hit with a low-ish ABV.
Though it’s not really that low is it?
Certainly not by English standards.
What we have here is a pale straw beer wit a big pine forest aroma, a light caramel and croissant buttery malt and a big bunch of lemon and grapefruit zesty hops.
Day Time is sharp and keen, fresh, bitter, crisp and dry, and I could easily drink it by the pint.
Maybe not my most in depth review, but you get the picture.
