Siren Craft Brew Love Of Work (3.6%)

Love Of Work - 1Now this I like.
It’s Siren’s version of a beer they first brewed over in America in collaboration with Hill Farmstead.
It’s a well hopped Pale Ale brewed with Earl Grey tea and what I like so much about it is that the tea, which could become overbearing, is gentle and soft, providing a warm perfume in the background of what is a very good lightweight Pale Ale.
The malting is caramel coated breadsticks and wafers with honey, and the hops – Amarillo, Citra and Centennial – are sharp and resinous, full of woody goodness, oranges lemons and peaches.
The finish has fresh crisp fruitiness that prickles with jasmine and a hint of smoke from the use fo the Earl Grey.
Lovely.
