From what I can make out this is a Bitter from The Netherlands brewed using Hops from Worcester and malts from Warminster.
That’s pretty precise geographically.
Otter SB is a decent take on an English Bitter with lots of creamy fudge, toffee and biscuits, and a whole bunch of woodland greenery, from bracken to wild garlic, dandelion and burdock.
Where this beer veers away from a typical English Bitter is that it is searingly dry in its finish.
Long, sharp, and superbly bitter.
All in all, rather good.
