The Hop Studio Hippity Hoppity (5%)

Hippity Hoppity - 1Brewed in collaboration with Dock Street Kitchen, this is a Lager with lemon zest.
What’s more, it’s a rather nice beer.
The aroma is a fresh lemon and caramel delight, and the beer positively shines a bright gold in my glass.
The Lager malts are soft and subtle, lightly salted fudge, wafers and honey brioche, and the hops are sharp stinging nettles and tea leaves with bracken and garden herbs in the background.
The finish is long and dry and crisp, and prickles with lemon zest.
Very nice indeed.
