Wiper & True The Breeze (3.4%)

The Breeze - 1Wiper & True have so much class, so much style.
This is a low ABV Saison and it is light and airy, fresh and fabulous.
Sitting a rich amber in my glass and fizzing with life, the aroma is salty honey and strawberries.
There’s a chewy waffle malt, sticky with caramel and doused in runny honey, and a soft subtle earthiness from the yeast.
Over this the hops are a pleasing hit of honeydew melon, tangerine and peach, and they take you towards a finish that is delicately floral, crisp dry and refreshing.
The Breeze is beautiful named and beautifully made.
