Brew By Numbers 01|10 (5.8%)

0110 - 101|10 is Brew By Numbers’ Classic Saison and it does all the things you would want in this style of beer.
There’s an earthy, yeasty spiced orchard fruit aroma with just a hint of silage at the edges, and the malting is buttery and rich with caramel and croissants.
There’s a big dollop of runny honey too, along with a pinch of sea salt and some mushrooms in damp leaf litter.
The hops are green and herbal, some hedgerow and just a hint, and a pleasant one at that, of pumpkin.
The spices hum away under all this, creating a warmth to the crisp clean finish.
