Mad Hatter Brewing Co. Follow The White Rabbit (5.9%)

Follow The White Rabbit - 1Another great little beer from Mad Hatter, this one is a wheat heavy IPA with a ton of Sorachi Ace and Citra and a hit of Belgian yeast.
Sitting in the garden, basking in the late afternoon sun, the beer glows and fizzes with life.
The aroma is lemon curd and lime juice, big, pungent and fresh.
There’s a creaminess to the body of White Rabbit thanks to all the wheat, it’s a soft cushion of crusty bread, caramel wafers and honey over which the hops scream at you to pay attention.
They’re loud and bolshy, knife sharp, they peel the skin from your tongue and grind their lemony limey sexiness into your face while in the background the yeast is warm and moist and salty, spicy, lovely.
The finish is long, super dry and wonderfully bitter.
Lovely stuff.
