Why is it that so many American brewers can get so much juicy fresh hop flavours into relatively low alcohol beer and so many British brewers can’t?
Just putting that question out there because, gosh, this is more hoppy that most of my favourite British hoppy DIPA favourites.
The aroma is big and fruity and fresh and floral and the beer feels thick and sumptuous on your tongue.
The malts are all shortcake, honey and toasted brioche buns, and the hops are absolutely alive with guava and watermelon, kiwi, lime soda, sherbet lemons, grapefruit and strawberries.
Go To’s finish is long and crisp and dry and I’ll ask again, why is it that so many American brewers can get so much juicy fresh hop flavours into relatively low alcohol beer and so many British brewers can’t?
I heart Stone.
