Canopy Beer Co. Ruskin Wheat Beer (5.4%)

Ruskin Wheat Beer - 1This is really tart.
Really really tart.
Bordering on sour in fact.
Should it be?
I’m not sure, as it’s meant to be a classic German style wheat beer.
I’d have thought it would be round and slightly sweet, some herbs and some cloves and some soft round chewiness, but this really is eye wateringly acidic.
As it goes I quite like it like this, it’s lemon zest and juice setting my teeth on edge while e sherbet fizz of the finish gets up my nose and makes me sneeze.
So you tell me, is this what Canopy’s Wheat Beer is supposed to taste like?
