Another little gem from Moor and perhaps the last of their beer I’ll have in a bottle as the brewery have just invested in a major canning line for their future beer production.
Pouring an apricot yellow with a big creamy head, the aroma is spicy tangerines and peaches.
Being a Wheat Beer, Claudia feels soft and creamy, velvety on your tongue, while the body is a round honey coated popcorn and shortcake delight.
There’s plenty of hoppy goodness too.
Lots of oranges and lemons, kiwi, passion fruit and blackberries steeped in chamomile tea and fresh garden herbs.
All this makes for a soft and easy drinking beer with a long, sharp and beautifully dry finish.
I can’t wait to try the cans.
