The malting is gently chewy, all caramel and ice cream cones, brioche and honeycomb, and there’s a soft herbal hedgerow hopping that’s sharp with elderflower and hazel.
And all around sloshes a warm earthy spicy yeast prickled with freshly grated lemon zest, taking you to a long crisp and delightfully bitter finish.
