Big and fruity, sweet, lively and delicious.
And that’s just the aroma.
Hoxton Special IPA has a big round chewy malt backbone, all toffee, honey, shortcake and apricot jam.
And over this lovely gooey goodness there are lots and lots of hops.
They slap you about with nettle tea and satsuma skins, lemon zest, grapefruit and peaches and they go on and on and on, refusing to leave as you head towards the superbly bitter, dry and rather zippy sherbet finish.
