Toujours is a beautifully light Saison that pours a bright gold with a nice foaming head and an aroma that’s full of spicy honey and hay bales.
The malting is cream cracker dry, crunchy with oat biscuits and sticky with warm caramel, and the hops are a sharp citrus slap of lemon rind and grapefruit flesh.
You’ll find garden herbs in here too, and a good pithy dandelion punch, and underneath all this the Saison yeast bubbles away, its round earthy spiciness punctuating the long bitter dry finish.
