Brick Brewery Hefeweizen (5.2%)

HefeweizenBrick’s Wheat beer is their take on a Bavarian Hefeweizen and it’s not too shabby.
Pouring a light gold, the smell is salty, spicy pears and apricots.
The malting is ice cream cones, vanilla ice cream, honey candy floss, and there’s a solid herbal green leafy hopping complete with lemon juice and grapefruit zest that leads you towards the soft creamy bitter sweet finish.
